I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer, fitness class instructor, and nutrition coach with additional qualifications in core strength, circuit training, kettlebells and Les Mills Shapes (pilates, barre and power yoga).
My programmes and 1-2-1s mostly focus on strength and endurance through metabolic conditioning. This is because of its huge number of health benefits, including lean muscle gain, improved sports performance, fat loss and reducing the symptoms of ageing and menopause.
Louise (on the right) is a ballet teacher, but had noticed since she turned 50 that she had begun to put weight on in her mid-section.
Thanks to the personalised programming and 1-2-1s with me, a lot of Louise's menopause symptoms have gone, she has gained significant muscle definition, and feels more confident in both her body and in her performance. Louise is loving her new found levels of fitness!
