For these workout you will need dumbbells, a resistance band and a kettlebell. I will discuss with you in our consultation what weights will be most suitable.
Get ready for weekly 60 minute one-to-ones with me through my fitness app, or in person if you are local.
After an initial benchmark test, I schedule 3 - 4 workout videos each week at your current fitness level into your in-app calendar. The workouts get progressively more intense.
