ABOUT
Beth started her business in 2017, as a small graphic t-shirt clothing company with slogans to support mamas and mental health.
With a lifetime passion for fitness, Beth added active wear to her clothing line, which has been worn by celebrities like Amanda Howden, Una Healy from The Saturdays and Nel McAnderew.
Her keen interest in fitness led her to get a level 3 qualification in personal training and further qualifications in core strength, kettlebells, circuit training and Les Mills Shapes (pilates, barre and power yoga).
Beth shifted her YouTube channel to provide free workouts and later shifted her business to provide health and fitness programmes.
