Beth started her business in 2017, as a small graphic t-shirt clothing company with slogans to support mamas and mental health.

With a lifetime passion for fitness, Beth added active wear to her clothing line, which has been worn by celebrities like Amanda Howden, Una Healy from The Saturdays and Nel McAnderew.

Her keen interest in fitness led her to get a level 3 qualification in personal training and further qualifications in core strength, kettlebells, circuit training and Les Mills Shapes (pilates, barre and power yoga).

Beth shifted her YouTube channel to provide free workouts and later shifted her business to provide health and fitness programmes.

Mama Life's Never Off Duty t-shirt was mentioned in the Daily Telegraph amongst other mum slogan power house brands.

The 'A Little Less Judgement' t-shirt was listed in HELLO! magazine fashion feature on 'top 8 empowering slogan t-shirts to wear with pride', and the 'be kind. always!' t-shirt was included in the Empowering t-shirt to wear on International Women's Day fashion feature.

The 'Be Kind. Always!' navy sweater was also featured in HELLO!'s November 2020 issue for its Acts of Kindness campaign.

The story behind the creation of Mama Life has been featured in Marie Claire, Huffington Post and Women's Running Magazine. If you want to find out about why Beth supports mental health, and her personal experiences, you can take a look at the features here.
