Cancellations & Returns policy
Cancellation Policy for Classes and One to Ones
To secure your spot, I ask all clients to agree to the following:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your spot to another client.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) Sessions or classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
No-Shows If you do not attend without any notice, the full session or class fee will be charged.
Exceptions I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Any exceptions are at my sole discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How Payment Works
- Clients on a pay-as-you-go basis will be invoiced for missed sessions or classes.
- Clients on a pre-paid block will have the session or class deducted from their block.
By booking with me, you agree to this cancellation policy.
Returns for Clothing
I want you to be happy with everything you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase from us, please return them in perfect condition within 14 days of dispatch for a full refund or replacement.
I ask that items are returned clean and unworn.
Naturally faulty items can be returned.
Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Personalised clothing is non-refundable.
Please note that I do not refund postage charges.
After the day the product is received it can take up to 14 days to receiving a refund to your payment card. I’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.
