The biggest struggle with getting fit and exercising is not only getting started with a regular routine and sticking to it, but knowing what exercises to do that will improve your body the most.

If you just want to feel better ascetically I can help you, but if you want to get better in terms of running speed, or sports performance with hobbies, I can help you there too. 

My name is Beth Campagna, I work with men and women over 30. I give the tools you need to keep you primed for a lifetime of looking and feeling good from within, with more energy, better health, improved strength and confidence. 

I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and fitness class instructor, nutrition coach with additional qualifications in core strength, circuit training, kettlebells and Les Mills Shapes (a pilate, barre and power yoga infused workout).

I completed my first half marathon over 20 years ago. I have been featured in Wormen's Running Magazine and interviewed celebrity Nel McAndrew about her incredible 3 hour marathon time. 

My aim is to change your mindset and attitude to exercise so it becomes a part of your life. Real lasting change, good habits formed, new beliefs ingrained in your mind of what you're capable of. 

I mostly do metabolic conditioning, which will maximise calorie burn before and after your workouts. The benefits of metabolic conditioning include weight loss, lean muscle gain and improved sports performance.

I do free workout videos on my YouTube channel . But just from those I know I'm unable to give you the support you need to: 

1) start the correct routine 

2) work the right muscles 

3) do the best exercises for you

4) check your form when you're doing these exercises 

5) push you a little bit harder than you perhaps would on your own

and 6) make sure you stick to a regular routine and form good habits.

My clients haven't lost weight, they have lost inches! The scales are not your friend if you are strength training for weight loss. Don't pay too much attention to them!

We're working on changing your body composition (reducing fat tissue and increasing muscle mass) and increasing your metabolism through metabolic conditioning. 

No fad diets, no unrealistic restrictions. Just being more aware of eating healthier, having more protein and exercising three to four times a week.
