I started my 1:1 pt sessions with Beth nearly a year ago and started with 1 a week, then upped to 2 and now do 3. I enjoy them even though it is really tough and they are always varied. No two days are the same. Beth is so knowledgeable and has helped so much with nutrition too. The results speak volumes and I am stronger now than I’ve ever been.
I love this sweater!! It's so well made, and super comfy, the soft fleecey lining is gorgeous. Really nice length, I'm 5'9 and it hits just under my bum. The red colour is so vibrant, and the subtle animal print writing really sets it off.
Really comfy warm leggings, love the print, and they have the usual useful pockets. Nice and figure hugging, I ordered large and normally wear large, they're not too tight, and they don't seem see through at all.
I am so glad I made the decision to join Beth’s 3 month programme back in April this year.
Literally not long after I turned 50 last year, I started to notice changes to my body. I was gaining weight around my middle, I felt that any muscle definition I had ever had was fading fast and it was really getting me down. Hot flushes became hot sweats and I was experiencing 40 to 60 a day, no joke!
Welcome to the menopause!
I have never been into going to the gym, so joining the programme was a big change for me. I am a dance teacher and everyone assumes that means you’re fit but it doesn’t. I realised this very quickly when I went for my first benchmark test 😅 my treadmill time was woeful and I could barely lift 2kg!
I was also apprehensive about some of the core work because I have got an umbilical hernia which I have had since I had my 2 children 23 years ago.
Beth is amazing, she showed me how to adapt the exercises to suit my hernia and my nearly recovered frozen shoulder. She is great fun to be with and she certainly know how to get the best from you.
She is so encouraging and has shown me that I can push myself so much further than I ever thought.
I have now been with Beth 7 months and have so much to thank her for, without her I know I would have given up on my new found levels of fitness.
I will happily choose to do 45 minutes HIIT, lift weights up to 6kg and can even do the advanced versions of the ab exercises despite the hernia (something I never thought would be possible for me). My hot sweats have virtually disappeared, I have gained muscle definition and feel so much better about myself.
I get up early to do my workouts and believe me, there have been so many days where I could have easily stayed in bed but the euphoria and satisfaction when you’ve finished your workout is GOLD 💫

I have completed Beth's 12 week course and now i am on the continous membership. I absolutely loved the 12 week plan, you have a video call with Beth to start with to talk about goals and any issues. I have arthritis in my right wrist, so I need to have alterntive options for some of the moves. Beth tailors the workouts and in her videos she gives alternative options.
In the 12 week plan she put in the works out for you depending on how many times a week you can workout. You do a benchmark test at the begining and the end, you put your measurements in an app and your photos. I think my most favourite, part is the 121 with Beth, I love our workout sessions. And now there are a few of us there is also a weekly class on a Tuesday morning. I feel much stronger and fitter, and so far I have been working with Beth for 8 months.
I started the 12 week programme with Beth back in May and was made very welcome in our first initial online meeting. Beth listened to all my concerns and goals and set me up on the plan to help me achieve my end goal. I love everything about the programme, every workout is hard but so much more enjoyable with Beth chatting away to you, making you laugh!
Beth is so knowledgeable about exercise and diet, you are constantly sent emails and messages with advice on diet and lifestyle and she’s always there’s for you when you message her.
I broke my ankle in July and Beth let me pause my membership until I was back out of plaster and ready to start again, she adjusted my workouts to help me regain strength in my leg and the exercises have really helped in my recovery, even my physio is impressed with my progress thanks to Beth.
