I’m a Level 3 personal trainer, fitness instructor, and nutrition coach with expertise in core strength, kettlebells, circuit training, and Les Mills Shapes (pilates, barre, power yoga). My programmes and 1-2-1 sessions focus on strength and endurance through metabolic conditioning—building lean muscle, burning fat, boosting performance, and easing menopause symptoms.
