Book 2 one-to-one personal training sessions with me, either in person at my studio or online.
Once the booking has been made, if we haven't already discussed dates and times in previous conversations, I will contact you to organise your availability.
One-to-one personal training sessions are a great way for me to give you the support you need to:
1) meet you where you are at with your current level of fitness
2) work muscles correctly
3) do the best exercises for the body you want
4) check your form when you're doing these exercises
and finally 5) support you to make sure you are being consistent and staying motivated.
TO ADJUST BOOKINGS YOU MUST GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE!
Cancellation Policy for Classes and One to Ones
To secure your spot, I ask all clients to agree to the following:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your spot to another client.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) Sessions or classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee.
No-Shows If you do not attend without any notice, the full session or class fee will be charged.
Exceptions I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Any exceptions are at my sole discretion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How Payment Works
- Clients on a pay-as-you-go basis will be invoiced for missed sessions or classes.
- Clients on a pre-paid block will have the session or class deducted from their block.
