You’ll follow full-body metabolic conditioning workouts with me, Beth Campagna, designed to build lean muscle, fire up your metabolism, and support long-term fat loss. All you need: dumbbells, a resistance band, and a kettlebell (I’ll guide you on weights in our first session).
