What is Strength & Sweat?

Strength & Sweat is a small group session that combines strength training and conditioning into one hour that will test you, push you, and leave you feeling like you genuinely earned it.

No two weeks are the same. The session changes every time — different equipment, different structures, different challenges. What stays consistent is the quality of the work and the fact that you'll be pushed to find out what you're made of.

With just six spaces in a private gym surrounded by fields, there are no distractions and no waiting for equipment. Just you, the work, and a small group of people who are there for the same reason.

What to expect

  • Strength work — compound movements, loaded carries, or accessory work depending on the week
  • Conditioning — airbike, rowing, battle ropes, and other hard intervals that build a real engine
  • Variety — the session changes every week so you never quite know what's coming
  • Scaled options — lighter weights and lower-intensity alternatives available every session
  • Personal attention — five people maximum means I know exactly how hard to push you
  • A setting unlike any gym — private, peaceful, and completely focused

New to training? You'll get far more from starting with 1:1 sessions, where I build your foundations properly, at your pace. Once you're ready, Strength & Sweat will be waiting. Get in touch to talk about 1:1 coaching first.

Pricing

Drop-in: £12 per session

Turn up when it suits you. No commitment required.

Monthly block: £40 (4 sessions)

Reserve your spot every Saturday. I will track your progress week to week.

Classes run in all weather and will only be cancelled in extreme conditions. If you choose to cancel within 24 hours due to weather, you will still be charged for your session.

Energising, Supportive Start to the Weekend

This bootcamp is such a great way to start the weekend. The sessions strike a perfect balance between cardio and strength, giving you a proper full-body workout while still allowing you to go at your own pace. I chose to push myself and definitely felt it afterwards – but in the best way, with that fantastic post-workout buzz.

The small, private group creates a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Beth immediately puts everyone at ease and is always happy to offer guidance or adjustments when needed. It never feels intimidating or awkward, which makes it easy to focus on improving yourself rather than worrying about how you look. A brilliant environment to challenge yourself and feel good doing it.
