How to reduce anxiety in motherhood

There’s no doubt about it, parenting is stressful, wonderful, but stressful. Today I found myself on the way to work playing the tune Faithless ‘Insomnia’ full blast at 8am! Sleep life reflections perhaps 😆 but for all the noise it cranked out of my speakers it did relieve some tension.

Admittedly it's not the most calming way to start the day. However, with the help of various professionals I have worked with through MAMA Life London and who have contributed to the blogs I have been able find out about some great stress-busting tips that really work!
